Skills and experience:
- ITIL V3 Foundation
- Client OS (iOS, Android, Mobile Device Mgt, Windows 7, Windows 8)
- Proven Mobile Device Management experience.
- ICT Back Office Services for Workstation configuration and maintenance
- User account administration
- Setting up telephony configurations including telephone over IP and system administration
- Office Software Mgt
Description of work:
- Back Office Software Assets Management team tasks
- Focus on user's requests for additional software, documentation user requirements, initiating software installations, maintaining license compliance, security patches
- Management of a Mobile Device Management suite
- Building and/or customising reference configurations for different devices (desktops, laptops, tablets), including developing and operating virtual desktops for specific user needs.
