My client is the fastest growing micro payments company in the world, providing payment services for online store fronts.My client is backed by Sequoia Capital who also backed the likes of Apple, Microsoft, Google and spotify etc...They're not your average organisation, and they're not searching for average either; you'll need to come with passion, drive and a certain amount of bravery to match that of the existing teams, this is a pretty unique opportunity to develop their online checkout product.
My client's engineering team has grown from 100 to 300 in the last 18 months due to their constant rapid growth, as well as having 90 nationalities within their development team.
Some of the technologies they use are Erlang, Scala, Clojure, Java along with Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, Extreme Programming, Kanban and Continuous deployment.
As the ideal Software Engineer in Test you will have:
- Experience building test automation tools and frameworks.
- Strong coding ability in Ruby
- An eagerness to learn new skills
- Context-Driven Testing
- Agile Methodologies: - TDD, BDD, Pair Programming, Continuous Delivery
