NEOFACTO is a consulting services company based in Luxembourg, Brussels and Paris.We provides large accounts within our market with selected IT and business professionals.
One of our clients is looking for a Test Manager.
The Test Manager will need to install parts of the V-model process, will take endto-end test responsibility in the delivery of projects, will be hands-on and will coach and guide internal staff in taking the tester and test manager role.
Responsibilities
• Install middle part of the V-model at AlphaCredit
• Define the process in terms of test meetings, defect follow up, test reports
• Advice on the usage of automated testing tools
• Present different options for a manual testing follow up tool
• Train and coach internal staff in testing
Competencies
• 5 years experience as Test Manager
• Solid experience in Testing software applications
• Good understanding of the V-model
• Able to see the big picture (test plan, test scenarios, test cases, defects, …)
• Good communicator
• Project Management
• Test Tools (Quality Center, Microsoft Test Manager, Selenium, …)
• Knowledge and application of credit domain (Alpha Credit - Financial Sector)
Soft Skills:
• Must be a self-starter and highly motivated individual.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team setting (a team player).
• Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Education: Bachelor/Master
Certification: ISTQB is an asset
Languages: French, Dutch, English
