Description
The Senior Web Developer reports to the R&D Manager and collaborates tightly with the Software Architect/Technical Lead of the Product suite.The Senior Web Developer has following responsibilities:
- Translate high level functional requirements in detailed technical specifications taking into account the overall architecture of software products.
- Implement and/or oversee implementation of solutions and product changes.
- Responsible for budget and quality of delivered solutions.
- Report on a regular basis the progress and status of implementations.
- Manage risks/opportunities in the development process.
- Research, evaluate and report the impact, possibilities and threats of new technological opportunities.
Your profile:
- You are a passionate Software developer for web based solution in a .NET environment.
- You have at least 5 years of proven experience in the development of web based applications
(C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, AJAX, javascript are your preferred development languages).
- You are on the edge of the technological evolutions, being able to understand the impact and implement wisely.
- You can work independent, are pro-active and focussed on building business solutions that are robust and stable.
- You are punctual and Quality is very important to you.
Extra Strengths are (but not mandatory) :
- Knowledge about Document management and workflow.
- Knowledge about Sharepoint development and configuration.
- Experience with Telerik components.
