Description
Tasks and responsibilities:
The consultants will perform several analysis tasks such as:
Review existing GIS environment, platforms, systems, communication protocols, data structures, development standards and other interoperability tools.
Asses functional and non-functional requirements with respect to architectural and application conistency and translate to possible technical solutions.
Determine and document technical impact analysis of projects and possible solutions on systems and applications.
Support Development and regularly conduct thorough systems analysis and quality control tests.
Write business cases for the Implementation Packages.
Requirements:
Experience with GIS, minimum 2 years - MANDATORY.
University degree with minimum 4 years experience in IT OR non university degree with minimum 6 years experience in IT.
Minimum 2 years of analysis and programming experience.
Knowledge and skills:
Strong track record in development and implementation of large GIS projects.
Extensive track record in analysing GIS architectures.
Extensive experience in deploying GIS.
