Description
* Solution Architect (not developer, however development background helps). Total experience in the role should be at least 5 years.
* Knowledge of Telco industry, preferably cable and B2B. Minimum 2 year of in-depth experience with large, preferably multi-national service provider in BSS field
* Knowledge of Salesforce.com, based on actual implementation for large organizations (not necessary telco). Focus on the following fields:
. ServiceCloud
. integrations and APIs
. Force.com
. creating portals - sales and care
* typical deliverables: requirements, preliminary design and impact analysis, business solution architecture, traceability Matrix
