• Demonstrated skills in CXO management, communication, and building confidence
• Deep knowledge of
o Office 365 Deployment and Usage
o Office 365 FastTrack capabilities
o At least on of Identity Management, Complex Exchange Deployment, Network, SharePoint Online, Enterprise Mobility Suite, andor Skype for Business
• 7+ years of professional experience as a senior technical resource with regular customer interactions, enterprise customer experience is preferred
• Exceptional leadership acumen with demonstrated success in "engaging virtual teams" with ability to influence others.
• Ability to coach and collaborate effectively with field teams, customers, and product teams to ensure customer success
• Possess a broad view of Cloud services and products, understanding the industry transformation towards “cloud only” services
• Bachelor or advanced degree in engineering or computer science or 10 years’ equivalent work experience

Key Responsibilities:
The FastTrack Architect will be responsible for overall deal quality and fit for Office 365 Onboarding by performing the key responsibilities:

• Champion the FastTrack Onboarding process, consistently engaging with customers, partners and field personnel to ensure the onboarding experience is focused on standard, outcome oriented activities.
• Ensure that the customers and partners’ deployment plans fully leverage the Office 365 service features including the FastTrack benefit of the service.
• Ensure necessary deployment requirements are clearly defined, captured, accepted and approved in the Customer Success Plan to transition customers to Office 365 and maintain satisfaction.
• Engage with Microsoft STU/ATU, customer, partner and the FastTrack onboarding teams to ensure that a customer is ready to transition to Office 365 at the time of license purchase by surfacing technical/business blockers that could impact rapid onboarding and adoption of the Office 365 service.
• Act as liaison between Microsoft sales teams, Corporate teams, and partner teams owning rapid and thoughtful feedback to drive improvement for the FastTrack experience for Office 365 customers.
• Act as the Area subject matter expert on Office 365 deployment and usage in key readiness events, gather and share consumption best practices with the broad Microsoft partner and internal community, and build a strong community of onboarding sales engineers WW.
• From customer engagement, collect potential process and product improvement concepts that will accelerate customer adoption of the cloud services while maintain high customer satisfaction.
