Marlin Green is urgently looking for an Senior Remedy Developer for one of our international clients in Sweden.

We are urgently looking for an Senior Remedy Developer with the following skills:

Expert on all ITSM:s modules and functions,

Requirements for IPcmdb and Atrium CMDB integration development:

  • One way integration from Atrium to IPcmdb.
  • Integration should be built to be easy extended to manage future needs (add additional classes to synchronize, change data source). Integration should be build using Spoon capabilities.
  • Delta loads. Solution must be able load all changes from last run time. Execution of solution must to be schedulable and have possibility to be executed on demand.
  • Atrium CMDB structure should be adjusted to keep some additional attributes (returned by IPcmdb insert/update function and critical to have in IPcmdb but not present in Atrium at the moment).
  • The integration consists of a REST API that IPcenter expose for usage. Use function importCIsAsync call with JSON formatting, maximum 4 threads with 50 CI's per request.
  • Error handling and logging are mandatory part of integration.

    • It is needed establish synchronization of BMC_COMPUTERSYSTEM, BMC_SOFTWARESERVER, BMC_DATABASE and some more classes mapping them in to at least 7 different IPcmdb classes by values in defined attributes and retrieving values from CI's and some related CI's (for example IP address from BMC_IPENDPOINT class CI). Relations between CI's also must to be synchronized. Value mapping tables needed to be created to map predefined list values in IPcmdb with values in Atrium CMDB (such as Status, Device types, OS types, Tiers and so on).
