Job Title: Support Lead

The Job Description/required skills are as follows:-
The Tooling and Support Lead will act as a specialist in configuring, and data capture in the tooling to be used as part of this project.
The Risk Lead has experience to managing complex information and has the following responsibilities:
- Good experience in key liaison with SA&I and other Abacus users to ensure that information is captured consistently
- Knowledge to work with SA&I and vendors to ensure that recommendations from the pilot are designed and implemented to support full roll-out, including sustainable maintenance of information captured
- Act as center-of-excellence for information security information captured in Abacus/SharePoint etc. and develop appropriate reporting and metrics
- Experience to Manage and monitor publication of information in an appropriate format on a scheduled basis, and on request
- Provide support and QA to BA and Systems teams to assure data quality and consistency, use of naming conventions, resolve conflicts and ensure reuse of existing components
