Our clients are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst, to fulfil a new opportunity, developing our Onboarding technology in the telephony space.
Your responsibilities:

Lead user story elicitation workshops, sometimes including a large number of business SMEs who are geographically distributed.

Manage constraints between short term regulatory compliance and sustainable long term strategic implementation, while working with technology teams to design a functional solution

Constructively challenge the status quo and promote change to improve operational efficiency and global standardisation of processes

Ensure there is traceability of user stories through the different phases of system development up to and including delivery of the application

Communicate progress & plans to the business and effectively manage their expectations
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Proven experience as a business analyst working on agile deliveries.

Understanding of the regulatory influences on Client Onboarding and/or Entity Reference Data

Experience with user story elicitation using an agile approach and management of these stories through the project life cycle.

Experience using Jira software to manage and deliver features.
-
Experience in managing scope and the ability to identify high priority versus low priority user stories.

Experience in projects implementing technical changes AND organisational/workflow change

Exposure to working with geographically distributed teams - both the project team and stakeholder groups
