Description
The Senior Analyst is responsible for responding to users and incidents within the Active Directory and other Infrastructure related systems, as well as on-going maintenance and continuous improvement processes. Incidents would primarily be related to service functionality, such as resolving domain controller or operation system issues, or executing changes that require elevated permissions.
The Core Responsibilities will include:
* Monitor uptime of environment, supporting availability and capacity management efforts
* Provide data for regulatory compliance from Active Directory or support systems upon request
* Provide subject matter expertise on key technologies in use within the IT environment (eg AD, GPO, Powershell, SCCM/SCOM, Along with Microsoft products such as Lync and Sharepoint)
* Provide reports and metrics around daily, monthly, and long term projects/tickets/solution development.
Core Requirements:
* SME knowledge in Active Directory and Group Policy
* Knowledge, experience or proficiency in Powershell Scripting
* Knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure technologies including recent versions of Lync, Exchange and/or Sharepoint
*System Centre Configuration Manager and System Centre Operations Manager (SCCM & SCOM)
