Global Trainer - CRM

Our client, a global insurance organisation, are looking for a Global Training Lead to join their team.

You will be responsible for global training materials and assessment materials to support the successful implementation of a global CRM solution across identified target markets. This will include designing and developing supporting aides for print, classroom and on-the-job training materials.

Duties include:

  • Developing Application Training specific to instructional content for web-based training materials.
  • Participating in the needs assessment, design and development of product and role specific curriculum road maps and high-level designs.
  • Interacting with SMEs & Global CRM Product Owner in planning and scoping requirements for curriculum.
  • Participating in beta deliveries of new courses; occasional travel overseas for Country based training support and new functionality delivery.
  • Developing course descriptions and related course-specific marketing documents and tools.
  • Contributing to storyboarding, authoring, and development of E-learning content and blended learning solutions.
  • Hosting classroom based/online training workshops for CRM Regional Champions Works closely with Global CRM Product Owner to implement and maintain web-based training. Designing, developing, and deploying E-learning content based on business needs.
  • Providing reporting to Global CRM Product Owner on web-based training progression and completion, Associate usage, and instructor-led training completions.
  • Providing technical support for the organization or educational institution. Implements and evaluates instruction for adult learners.
  • Updating multi-media instructional design.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record delivering global training for CRM technology.
  • A strong knowledge of CRM Dynamics or possibly Oracle/Salesforce
  • Ability to travel up to 6 days per month to Western Europe locations (possibly once a month if not less).
  • Exposure to technology/business process training development and design - knowledge
    of Insurance Industry advantageous.
  • Proven track record in developing original and innovative technical and related process
    training programs, workshops and demonstrations; experience developing instructor-led
    training materials and self-paced learning content.
  • Experience working with E-learning and blended learning programs, web-based training
    development, and asynchronous learning content.
  • Excellent written and communication skills for the purpose of documentation development, curriculum development and editing.
  • Fluent in English and other European languages would be advantageous, but not
    essential.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-managed; ability to work independently and as part of a
    team with minimal coaching or supervision.
  • Ability to organize and work under strict time and production deadlines, while producing
    quality deliverables.

Role ideally based in Ipswich, however, there is an option to be based from London office if necessary.
