Responsibilities:
- Implement new requirements and features including
-- VDS 2.0
-- Extended data for VDS
-- Quantity support
- Create professional technical specifications and documents
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
- Ensure top performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Support a continuous improvement by investigating possible alternatives and new technologies.
- Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence and report same to reporting manager.
- Report to the Development & QA Director/Manager
Qualification
- 7+ years of software development experience in an enterprise environment, particularly in an Agile/SCRUM environment
- Expert in Java standard and Java EE
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (i.e. memory management, low level algorithm performance)
- Good knowledge of JQuery and Angular JS
- Experience designing and buildings RESTful API’s
- Strong design and architectural patterns knowledge
- ORM Frameworks (Hibernate)
- Spring
- Currently located in Mexico or within the greater Mexico City area
