Working through a digital agency you will be based in Chertsey.
As a Digital Planning Manager, you will join a team of Digital Planners responsible for the leadership of all teams in Digital Europe to design and execute best in class Pan-European digital toolkits and campaigns
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Director and Head with development of the planning strategy for Digital and lead execution of planning campaigns.
- Work closely to all key senior stakeholders (ie EHQ Product Groups, EHQ Marketing/CMI, HQ, European subs/countries, etc.) to jointly define briefs for campaigns across B2C and B2B, direct and indirect Digital
- Especially work closely to CMI for customer insight, Digital analytics for performance data/measurement and Brand Marketing for brand guidelines and creative direction/ideas
- Drive digital planning of major flagship launches and amplification; Always On campaigns (Media, dotcom, Social, Email, Push, CRM, etc.)
- Fully understand and serve European market requirements, seeking best practice, sharing and reapplying
- Work with 17 local Subsidiaries and multi-agency teams to lead the functional and regional teams to execute with excellence
Skills/Experience
- Strong marketing background with a minimum 5-8 years experience
- Must be a good influencer, to work with every single product owner and country and digital team member and Brand/PR/Insight teams to help bring everyone together to deliver great consistent and impactful digital campaigns
- Natural leader
- Must also be very organised to be able to lead all Digital teams into producing Digital campaign plans and campaigns on time and within budget
- Significant experience working in high performing Digital teams, preferably in the consumer electronics industry
