Location: REMOTE- with 30-50% travel in Europe
Duration: 6 months:

New position - Agile Scrum Coach
World leading FMCG End-User, based in Barcelona Spain,is seeking,To support the broad Data & Analytics agenda in Europe, to stepping up their capabilities related to Agile delivery. They wish to strengthen the team with a strong agile coach who could support all initiatives by training and coaching their own team in how to use the Scrum Agile methodology. We would expect that the Coach will support the Scrum Masters on various projects across Europe. They should also help us build a strategy and plan to create Scrum Masters within the team.
*We are looking at a 4-6 months engagement from a strong agile project lead - experienced with larger projects (over $1MM, more than one scrum team, more than one Front End tool, etc )
*Location is not a constraint and our preference will always go to the skill set/experience.
*Most of the work will be performed remotely with few travel (20/30%) to Barcelona, Istanbul and Moscow.
*Experience with using Agile Scrum on EDW/BI projects is a plus.
