Description

The Salesforce.com administrator will provide 1st line technical support across the Global Salesforce implementation working directly with the business stakeholders, super users and end users across sales, management, finance, product, customer support, operations, marketing and finance teams. The Salesforce.com administrator will be focused on driving adoption, collaboration, best practice, training and testing throughout the platform and CoE.
Responsibilities

. Manage account provisioning/de-provisioning, permissions, role hierarchy across all systems
. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, super users and development team with first line technical support and troubleshooting
. Customisation of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations across multiple business units
. Monitor user adoption rates, evaluate data quality and pro-actively respond with additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources to improve
. Devise and develop training plans, materials, and documentation for users - keep materials up-to-date, coordinate new user and ongoing sessions for product releases
. Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies and application configuration including a data dictionary
. Take responsibility for regression and functional testing including devising and documenting test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments
. Support country on-boarding and roll out of strategic features incl. data migrations
. Deliver regular workshops with super-users to develop their knowledge and understanding - fuel collaboration across the super user community and CoE
. Work with stakeholders to turn business requirements into meaningful and insightful reports, dashboards and training workshops.
Job Requirements

. Capable of demonstrating a very sharp learning curve to become productive, enthusiastic and dependable quickly
. Knowledge of the organisational structure and culture to help build relationships with key stakeholders and user groups
. Excellent communication, motivational and presentation skills
. Be able to multitask, commit to meeting targets with competing priorities and deadlines across multiple key stake holders
. Excellent problem solving skills, able to research and understand an undocumented set up and application testing of developed functionality
. Detail & results oriented, takes the initiative and makes things happen in a fast paced go-live environment
. Ability to dissect business requirements and return high quality solutions that meet expectations.
