Description

Our client, a London based consultancy, are currently seeking several experienced Office 365 Support Engineers for initially a 3month contract. Based at the client site in Surrey the role will involve a mixture of 3rd line support and Office365 migration activities.

This requires the ability to:
Work independently and with other team members to evaluate symptoms and determine the root cause of client issues with the Exchange Online, and Exchange Hybrid (Exchange On-Premise and On-Line) environments
Leverage your technical knowledge to rapidly determine an appropriate course of recovery action when a problem occurs
Assist with research of diagnostic information and collaborate with other support areas as necessary to develop comprehensive solutions.
Support the project by assisting with the preparation and execution of mailbox migrations.

Required Skills:
Extensive hands on experience with Office365, Hybrid, and Microsoft Exchange
Experience supporting migrations between Exchange platforms such as 2007, 2010, 2013 and Exchange On-Line
Experience working with other technologies such as DNS, PowerShell Scripting, Active Directory and Office365
Familiarity with various networking components (Firewalls, network protocols)
Experience with Topology configuration (various server roles, Pools), Load Balancing (DNS and HLB), Windows Server, Advanced Permissions and Policies
Well organized and experience working with diverse teams on projects
Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with other support teams
Assist junior staff with technology upgrades and learning new features on the Exchange platform
