My client is currently looking for an SAP IS-U expert who has good experience within SAP-ISU Device management and exposure to AMI. Responsibilities:
As a member of the integration project, your main responsibility is in your area of expertise (SAP-ISU) to:
* Maintain and coordinate the scope on business needs. Analyse the metering data acquisition needs and in consultation with the various Back End teams, to ensure that needs are met by the solutions within the various application systems.
* Needs to take into account are issued by the consultation platform Atrias through the provision of documents. These requirements are supplemented by specific business requirements issued by business analysts upstream Integration project.
* Conducting workshops for centralizing integration needs at the program level.
* Validate and document unambiguously interfaces for the acquisition of metering data.
* Analyse solution proposals from Back End teams and participate in their validation, in particular ensuring the consistency of the fully integrated solution. If necessary, propose new solutions.
* Assess functional risks (non-functional) of the different proposed solutions and keep them under control, by contributing to the mitigations of these risks.
* Assess the impact of scope changes
The process that will be part of your field of business, mainly focused on Smart meters but not limited to are:
* Plan & Prepare Works (Relationships with offers )
* Execute Works (connection/meter ) Including the remote near-real -time configuration of the smart meters (elec & gas)
* Preventive Maintenance
* Perform checks on site & on new/removed devices
* Meter Operation Centre of Certification & Meters
Technical skills:
* You have a university or assimilated diploma.
* (Must) You control SAP-ISU, applicable in the energy sector (role of distributor or preferred carrier) and can demonstrate by relying on practical experience in the field.
* You have a thorough knowledge in SAP-ISU:
* Works ISU (Meter/Connection) & SAP-PM
* ISU Device Management
* Technical (Asset) master data management related to classical and Smart Meters
* (important nice to have) AMI (Adanced Meter Interface)/MDUS, qui est entre the interface SAP-ISU and the Acquisition Meter System
* (Must) You have a good experience in the analysis of impacts caused processes on Back End applications.
* (Must) You have previously participated in complete cycles of SAP projects (clarification of business needs to go-live of the project). So you have both contributed to the design of solutions and their effective implementation, while ensuring the quality of the solutions implemented by preparing and running the necessary tests.
* (Important nice to have) Experience in the Belgian energy sector and especially in market processes (scenarios, rules, ...) and/or exchange of information would be greatly appreciated but not a must provided. This is knowledge of MIG rules (MIG4 and/or MIG6/MIG-DGO)
* (Nice to have) Ideally, you have a basic knowledge of ABAP. This technical knowledge with support from a abapeur if necessary, allows you to understand the specific implemented. Ideally, the use of web services in SAP is no stranger to you.
* Ideally (nice to have), you have a knowledge of the features of an acquisition system and particularly EIServer (product we)
* Knowledge of UML and similar tool for Enterprise Architect is a plus.
* (Must) Lead and facilitate workshops to many is one of your qualities.
