Global Project Leader - Switzerland - 12 months (50%)Our client, one of the leading Consumer Health companies in the world is currently seeking for a Global Project Leader for a 1 year project in Basel, Switzerland.
As a Global Project Leader you will be leading the development of new product development initiatives (NPDs) from initiation to launch in lead markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional NPD project teams. These consist of global representatives for all key functions (commercial and technical, such as regulatory, Medical, Clinical Operations, Product Supply, and Formulation Development) representing the project. The NPD project scope is in this case an Rx to OTC switch
- Project Leadership in various markets, according to the NPD process to deliver the project on time
- Supervise risk analysis and risk management
- Ensure proper end-to-end project management and keep tracking and overseeing the project during registration and potential launch phase
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience
- Proven track record of leading individuals and teams in cross functional international environments.
- Thorough understanding of functional expertise (Clinical, Regulatory, Medical, and Commercial)
- Scientific/technical degree. Ideally post graduate technical degree and/or project management credentials
- Excellent communication skills in English are required
- Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
