Description
We are working with a leading real estate company who are looking to on-board a data analyst with specific Yardi experience for a major data migration project from Legacy systems. This is a contract role with the opportunity for work within many aspects of the project, and offers between £300-£450 per day.
The role itself will be to work within a team responsible for the migration of data from older property management systems to a custom version of Yardi Voyager 7s. The project will encompass multiple locales so European travel will likely be involved.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience with Yardi products, ideally Yardi Voyager. This is an essential requirement.
- Previous experience working in data migration projects, with data mapping, extraction and validation.
- Previous work with large, multi-region databases and datasets.
- Prior experience in large real estate companies.
- Willingness to travel.
- Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
