Description
My Client requires the support of an experienced, dedicated Cloud System Administrator with experience of building HP networks, Microsoft Virtualisation, System Center and Windows Azure private cloud solutions.

- You must have proven, substantial, practical experience of systems implementation projects, demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of HP Networking, Microsoft based technologies including System Center, Hyper-V, Software Defined Networking, Windows Azure Pack, Active Directory, SQL Server, Dell Servers, Equallogics and Force10 Switches.
This engagement is intended to be for a 6 month period with the option to extend the engagement beyond the initial 6 month period should this prove necessary.
Experience required:
Expert level knowledge in designing secure network architectures, Microsoft virtualization technologies, Microsoft database platforms, System Center, identity and access management principles, application security, encryption technologies, Active Directory and DNS;
A minimum of 5 years Microsoft Active Directory management experience including exposure to PKI;
A minimum of 3 years' experience managing Windows Servers 2012 R2 and Hyper V, System Center 2012R2Suite;
Working knowledge of System Center, Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Cloud Platform), and server platform management with Active Directory;
Minimum of 3 years' experience installing, configuring and managing Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization technology, tools and setup;
A minimum of 3 years SAN management experience in an iSCSI environment. Experience of Dell EqualLogic storage system an advantage;
A minimum of 3 years Servers patching and configuration experience;
A minimum of 3 years Windows Cluster Servers 2012R2 management experience;
A minimum of 3 years' experience of disaster recovery management in a Microsoft stack and Hyper-V environment;
Experience of Hyper V upgrade;
Working knowledge of Network, LAN, WAN, Internet Protocols (NVGRE is a mandatory requirement), Firewalls and load balancers.
