First Level Support IT wanted within an international bank in Zurich.

Your experience/skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Informatics (university, college)
  • Know-How in the Banking area as well as working experience in User Support
  • ITIL V3 knowledge would be an advantage
  • Proactive team-player with high customer and service focus and excellent communication skills
  • Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken, French and/or Italian skills would be a plus


Your tasks:
  • Handling support tickets in RM Ecosystem
  • Supporting relationship managers in the procedure of the application
  • Solving and tracking of incident tickets, along with escalating to 2nd-level for in-depth analysis
  • Collaborating with interfaces, relationship managers and 2nd-level support
