Business Analyst MS Project
Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced Business Analyst to perform a pre-study to look into the possibility to implement Project Online in the Business Solution Range & Supply organisation and Common Definitions and Follow-up structure (for Range and Supply management)
The scope of the consultant services is to assist our client in:
The resource will be responsible for leading the BA work during the pre-study. In the responsibility lies to plan, lead and facilitate workshops. Defining methods for capturing business requirements on the appropriate level for the pre-study, writing business requirements together with the team, challenging business requirements to keep things simple and according to the chosen standard solution, MS Project Online. Responsible for mapping bus requirements to standard capabilities and scoping them in a step by step approach.

Candidate with knowledge of Retail organizations Ecommerce and business process would be preferred. Experience in MS Project Online is preferred. Experience in BI solutions is preferred. Good communication and facilitation skills to manage stakeholders Ability to lead and manage multiple stakeholders to understand and clearly define solution requirements Knowledge of Requirements management methodologies Ability to collect, substantiate, analyse, verify and prioritize information on all levels and derive relevant and accurate solution, transition and integration requirements. Ability to convert Business & Stakeholders requirement into IT requirements to help implementation team to understand the requirement Experience with creating business analysis documents such as solution scope, functional specification document, Integration requirement document, User stories, Business test cases, UML diagrams etc Ability to manage change management for requirements. Working knowledge of all phases of the Software development life cycle 4+ Years of experience working in an IT Business Analyst position required

Project start date: , with some flexibility.
Project end date: with option to extend.
Total hours: 700
There is no expectation of overtime or on-call work.
The primary working site(s) will be: Älmhult, Helsingborg
There is some possibility for remote/off-site work.
There is no travel required outside the primary working site(s).
