Second Level Support IT wanted within an international bank in Zurich.Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Informatics (university, college)
- Solid knowledge of mainframe (PL1, DB2, IMS, TSO, CICS, JCL, CORBA, MQ) and/or Java Enterprise Edition JEE, General SQL & Oracle 10/11 General, UNIX
- Proactive team-player with distinctive networked thinking and excellent communication skills
- Firm programming and ITIL V3 knowledge as well as 5 years' experience in IT projects are an advantage
- Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Functional responsibility as an Application Management Specialist in RM Ecosystem along with incident and problem management
- Supporting Service Level Management in the post processing of incidents along with in-depth analysis in business processes and technical investigation
- Solving and tracking of incident tickets, log-analysis, triage
- Collaborating with interfaces, Relationship Managers, Service Desk, Technical Infrastructure, etc.
- Monitoring and pre-emptive investigations on potential production interruptions
