Role: Content Editor
Location: Bristol
Contract: 6 months
Content Editor required to join a large financial services client based in Bristol.
The role will be two roles in two different projects:
1.
Vulnerability And Exclusion - This project is around supporting the client's sites and coming up with ways to improve it for their most vulnerable customers. So the following:
Checking their site is as DDA compliant as possible.
Ensuring that their most vulnerable customers have the best possible experience. So customers with are elderly, in financial difficulty etc.
Following governance processes.
The content editor will be responsible for Content Load and Stakeholder Management of changes to the core Public facing websites. User will use CMS system TeamSite to load content and deliver pages to the live web Servers.

Deposit Guarantee Scheme (FSCS) - A ruling by the FCA last year decided a change in the amount that the FSCS will cover in the event the bank cannot honour it's commitments. This ruling also involved other changes to the FSCS agreement. Some of these changes have been applied to the public site but there is still a large number of pages without the update. As a result the bank is now in breach with the FCA and this needs to be rectified ASAP - The Content Editor will be responsible for Content Load and Stakeholder Management of changes to the three core Public facing websites. The Content Editor will use CMS system TeamSite to load content and deliver pages to the live web Servers.
Essential Experience:
The Content Editor must have a strong understanding of the Internet/Web.
Proficient use of at least one Content Management System (preferably TeamSite) is essential.
Exceptional organisation and stakeholder management skills.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is desirable but not essential.
