Tangent International are urgently looking for a French Speaking Regional Project Manager to work long term extendable contracts based in Guinea.Regional PM Requirement
- Assisting PD/PM manage regional delivery and quality of project and finish monthly delivery and acceptance target ;
- Able to represent the client to negotiation with clients
- Over 15 years OSP implementation experience, especially on telecom civil work, over 15 years OSP project management experience with familiarity of TK site civil work is preferred;
- Multinational management experience;
- Familiar with project implementation process, with familiarity of transmission device is preferred;
- Major on Telecommunication or civil engineering;
- Native French speaker;
- Able to speak English and good multi-culture communication skills
- Able to work in Africa at least one year;
- Work location: upcountry, Guinea.
