Technical Architect - RETAIL - London - £ months
A major UK retailer is starting a key project to transform themselves into the DevOps way of working. With this change they are hoping to surpass any competitors within the industry.
They are looking for a skilled technical architect to join the team who will be tasked with the design architecture of the cloud technologies and deployments.
The ideal candidate will be the following:
- Retail experience
- Certified AWS solutions architect
- Experienced in cloud first technology architecture and solutions, 5+ years including the definition of standard patterns and architectures for Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure & RackSpace cloud platforms
- Experience working with DevOps techniques including Continuous integration (Jenkins), Continuous Delivery and the automation experience (Chef, Puppet Ansible or Salt Stack)
- Experience on working on technology and infrastructure transformation programmes and dealing with BAU activities
- ITIL v3 and ITSM Certified and experience of working within ITIL based service management
- TOGAF
