We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to work with an Internet giant based here in Dublin. You will work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment to help design and develop content to support internal training needs.
Responsibilities:
*Design learning solutions in a variety of formats, including but not limited to elearning, job aid documents, simple sites, facilitated classroom training,
*Scope needs with stakeholders
*Guide clients to define clear objectives and outcomes
*Work with subject matter experts to gather and validate content
*Write scripts, create storyboards and mock-ups
*Write concise copy and optimize text for web-based learning
*Record and edit video and audio to integrate in learning solutions
*Create content that is meaningful, concise and engaging for global audience
Required Qualifications:
*Must provide portfolio with work samples
*Strong graphic design skills
*Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
*Able to learn new technologies quickly
*Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under ambitious
time frames in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
*Effective communicator both written and verbally, comfortable presenting to
audiences, including senior personnel
Technical Skills:
Seeking a combination of these skills:
*Information design/Information architecture to organize and deliver
web-based resources
*Rapid ID development tools such as Articulate, Storyline, Captivate,
Camtasia or Screen flow
*Experience with creating video specifically for learning solutions
*Graphic design and media asset production: Photoshop or Illustrator
*Web design and development experience: HTML 5, CSS 3 and Javascript
