Quanta’s client is currently looking for a Control System Engineer who has worked previously within the pharmaceuticals industry. They are looking for someone to oversee installation, commissioning and validation of Process Control System based Rockwell Control Logix PLCs for a pharmaceutical plant. Also to write and execute cGMP validation documents for PCS in qualified areas (IQ/OQ). The role is to supervise the sub-contractor completing the works, making sure they install and qualify correctly



 Experience/knowledge requirement:



- Industrial standards/directives including SIL (IEC-61508), GAMP, S88, ATEX, DSEAR

- Project engineering, team leadership and site supervision

- Hands-on Software design, programming and commissioning on various control systems (PLCs, DCS, SCADA)

- Electrical/Control/Instrumentation system specification, design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning.

- Rockwell Control Logix PLCs

- SIL 2 rated systems

- Loop checking, software testing and fault finding

- Supervision of sub-contractors



 

MUST HAVE KNOWLDEGE OF; Pharma/biotec (GAMP5)
