I am reaching out to see if anyone is interested in a FirmStep/AchieveForms Support Contract with a Council Based in London.
MUST HAVE FIRMSTEP/ACHIEVEFORMS EXPERIENCE
Contract Length: 3 Month
Rate: Negotiable
Location: London
Start Date: ASAP But willing to consider candidates with long notice periods, as its key to get the right person in.
Interviews: Next Week (Week commencing 18th of July )
TRAINING! - You will be directly Trained by FirmStep on site.
Key Responsibilities:
*Troubleshoot problems, perform root-cause analysis, and follow issues through to full resolution
*Perform controlled resolution of incidents and problems including prioritization and escalation when appropriate to the third party supplier firm step for resolution of issues.
*Replicate customer problems on Test/development environment in order to isolate root cause and devise solution.
*Perform manual push within the integration process to fix a bug within the process.
*Technical liaison with third party vendors as required.
*Provide on-call support on a regular basis, Schedule and roll out product upgrades
*Liaise with Service and Problem Management during incidents
*Work with the Change Manager to implement application changes
*Provide technical expertise of the applications suite to support users within the council.
