SETTLEMENTS ADMINISTRATOR
MANCHESTER
9 MONTH CONTRACT
£12 - 15 PER HOUR
Our high profile Banking client currently has an opportunity for a Settlements Administrator to work in the Derivatives Processing department in the offices based in Manchester.
The successful Settlements Administrator will provide professional support to both internal and external clients, including Investment Managers, Brokers, CARS, Custody and Outsourcing Accounting teams. The successful applicant will be responsible for validating instructions and performing the relevant transaction processing.
Key Skills required for a Settlements Administrator:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrable experience within Financial Services, or equivalent
- Highly motivated and focussed individual, with a proven track record
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- PC savvy and experienced on MS Office
Responsibilities of a Settlements Administrator:
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with partner groups.
- Develop a good degree of derivatives knowledge on products including Futures, Swaps, Options, FX Forwards Collateral.
- Timely and accurate processing ETD and OTC related activity
- Investigate and resolve queries with both internal and external SLA's
