E-commerce Test Analyst -Test Data Analyst SQL.
Next Ventures are currently executing an search for a Test Data specialist for a 6 months contract in Sweden starting ASAP.
This is a 1-2 years project opportunity.
Test data specialist-with SQL skills.
The role is meant to be a part of the team that emphasizes on Test Data related support within the projects correlating to Multichannel Transformation Programme.
The team organizes itself in a process focusing on task handling within the area of test data (Analysis/investigation, provisioning, specification and documentation) where our stakeholders are the test managers of the development projects. The test data team supports with test data related matters within the entire test process Spectra, from strategy/planning to data specification, and data analysis.
The test data management specialist is meant to show presence and costumer-focus when delivering the service to the projects. This means that the tasks handed over to the specialist will be focused on and delivered in a way that encourage stakeholder satisfaction and identification of possible improvement suggestions. The tasks will be prepared and debriefed in close collaboration with the test data manager, who is the overall responsible for the output of the team.
Examples of tasks could be:
- Gift card setup on request
- Secure buyable product data in test environments
- Validate test data after setup is done
- Provisioning of test data specs to various project to secure that data is in sync in the system landscape
- Investigate discrepancies in test data during test activities.
- Analysis of test data requests and break-down of these into workable tasks
Hands on experience in all QA areas - test design, test development, test execution
Awareness of test automation solutions
Extensive experience in defect coordination, management is singularly important
Experience with IBM Rational CLM is preferred, if not other defect management tools is a must
Someone in the experience range of 6+ Years will be a good fit
Knowledge of eCommerce will be preferred
Soft skills: Fluent communication, can do attitude, and ability to work in stressful situations is a must
The working tasks will be scoped in such a way that they are on an manageable level and that the tasks has high likelihood to be closed within a day or two. Since the work involves a lot of stakeholder collaboration people skills are of high value.
Experience of test management and SQL databases are is preferred.
Resource need: 100%, but part time is perfectly doable as well.
Time period: 6 months
