Role: ITSM System Administrator
Job Type: Contract
Location: Crawley, UK

Job Description:

  • Strong experience of using an ITSM application for Incident or defect tracking to support internal or external customers
  • ServiceNow Experience (Use/Implementation)
  • ServiceNow certification
  • Exposure with ServiceNow modules such as Config Management, SDLC, Employee Self Service, Discovery, MID Servers etc.
  • ITIL, ITSCM and IT Service Management
  • Knowledge of IP Networking Technologies
  • Experience of SOAP/REST Web services
  • UI customization
  • JavaScript programming including use of Glide
  • MySQL and other relational DB
  • Jelly script and UML
