Job Description:
- Strong experience of using an ITSM application for Incident or defect tracking to support internal or external customers
- ServiceNow Experience (Use/Implementation)
- ServiceNow certification
- Exposure with ServiceNow modules such as Config Management, SDLC, Employee Self Service, Discovery, MID Servers etc.
- ITIL, ITSCM and IT Service Management
- Knowledge of IP Networking Technologies
- Experience of SOAP/REST Web services
- UI customization
- JavaScript programming including use of Glide
- MySQL and other relational DB
- Jelly script and UML
