Job Description:

Strong experience of using an ITSM application for Incident or defect tracking to support internal or external customers
ServiceNow Experience (Use/Implementation)
ServiceNow certification
Exposure with ServiceNow modules such as Config Management, SDLC, Employee Self Service, Discovery, MID Servers etc.
ITIL, ITSCM and IT Service Management
Knowledge of IP Networking Technologies
Experience of SOAP/REST Web services
UI customization
JavaScript programming including use of Glide
MySQL and other relational DB
Jelly script and UML
