Next Ventures are currently looking for an Oracle Apps DBA/Technical System Analyst for a leading consulting client in the Netherlands.
We are looking for Oracle Apps DBA/Technical Systems Analyst where expertise evolves around technical Oracle R11, requires system understanding (performance of the system, system optimisation parameter understanding) needs and knowledge of large data loads.
Can address and understand how to address following challenges
Current performance level of Oracle R11 system. We have been working performance issues and improvements on R11 CBS database and application which are mainly caused due to high data volume and processing time required for OKS One Canon jobs for synchronization with Siebel.
Amount of data in the R11 (Oracle CBSP) system for Contracts and other modules (OM/AR/OKS/OKS etc) is very high
Additional integration from Oracle R11 via Informatica for extractions increases stability risks of the system.
To retrieve required data from R11 and transfer it to staging area for portal input. How should be done
Difficult to find a slot to schedule this program/extraction process to run on daily basis due to high usage of the system
Multiple feeds in a day to portal will be challenging if this becomes a must requirement due to volume of the data.
