EMM Technical Support

We are currently recruiting for our client, a dedicated and disruptive innovation driven software application company, for an EMM Technical Support to join their business in Weybridge.

Position Title: EMM Technical Support

Responsibilities:
- Technical support for EMM, including the installation and configuration for EMM software, education and trouble shooting
- PKI configuration and security knowledge
- Microsoft Active Directory domain management
- Log analysis capability on java application
- Understanding about embedded H/W device control (including Mic, Speaker, Camera, Display)
- Maintain good and strong relationships with all key liaisons
- No. of communication partners: circa 30
- No. of European subsidiaries: 7

Qualification
- 5 + years of programming experience in Java and C/C++ is essential, and minimum 1 year of server software experience on Windows and its components
- Experience with various J2EE platforms and framework such as Spring/iBatis Framework.
- EMM experience with Airwatch by Vmware, MobileIron, IBM, Blackberry, Good Technology, Citrix, Soti or Microsoft prefered
- Strong knowledge and experience of mobile such as android and iOS, end-to-end network security and certificates
- Database experience in architecting DBMS (MS-SQL)
- Experience with software deployment on Cloud (eg. Amazon)
- DNS configuration experience
- Networking experience including VPN and firewall configuration
