Delivery Manager - Delivery Lead - Scrum Master
Delivery Manager required to join an Agile development team based in Coventury. The main focus of the initial 12 month contract will be to facilitate the work ofmulti-disciplinary development teams using agile working methodology.
The Delivery Lead will ensure the Agile team is delivering at a good pace and a constant level of quality. The Delivery Manager will work on projects from discovery to end, right though to continuous improvement incorporating user needs into everything they do.
Key Experience / Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the day to day activity of the development team (i.e. removing any blockers, tracking velocity, etc.)
- Ensuring all elements of the digital standard are considered (e.g. user needs, security and the iterative approach)
- Communicating with stakeholders (Product Owners, Service Managers and Project Managers, etc.)
- Ensuring Heads of Profession and Delivery Team Leader are kept up to date
