Job Description:
Our SAP Organisational Change Manager are responsible for working with the clients to lead, plan and deliver the activities required to secure successful business change in relation to SAP implementation projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years Business Change Management experience, of which at least 5 years in SAP implementations.
- Strong understanding of the theory of business Change Management and proven experience of the practical application of change.
- A strong business background, with a solid understanding of business processes.
- Experienced across a variety of business sectors.
- Expert in the use of Microsoft tools such as MS PowerPoint and MS Project.
- Experience in either Project Management or Pre Sales is an advantage.
