What will I be doing?
- Design learning solutions in a variety of formats, including but not
limited to elearning, job aid documents, simple sites, facilitated
classroom training, - Scope needs with stakeholders
- Guide clients to define clear objectives and outcomes
- Work with subject matter experts to gather and validate content
- Write scripts, create storyboards and mock-ups
- Write concise copy and optimize text for web-based learning
- Record and edit video and audio to integrate in learning solutions
- Create content that is meaningful, concise and engaging for global audience
What experience do I need to get this job?
- Must provide portfolio with work samples
- 3+ years of instructional design experience
- Experience with creating video specifically for learning solutions
- Graphic design and media asset production: Photoshop or Illustrator
- Web design and development experience: HTML 5, CSS 3 andJavascript
- Consulting with senior stakeholders on learning solutions and formats
- Experience working with CMS's and LMS's
