CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS

LOCATION: Downtown Dallas, TX
POSITION TYPE: Long-term Contract to Hire/12M+
PAY: $22 per hour with benefits

Various Shifts are available between 3:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The 3 am shift is a work-from-home shift!

ADVANCE YOUR CAREER
GTN is looking for a Customer Service Associate/Customer Service Representative with experience supporting any type of accounting or tax compliance tool, or financial software. This is a for a corporate call center environment for internal business units. This is NOT a role to provide customer service to the general public! You will be trained on the software and how to provide customer service and application support to a team of financial executives in their usage and understanding of the application. Basic knowledge of Accounting and/or Tax Compliance Law is strongly preferred.

The Customer Service Rep's role will be to clarify the executive's problem/need and then document the information into a Call Tracking Database tool. The Customer Service Rep must be professional and pleasant at all times in explaining problem solutions and in guiding the executives step-by-step through those solutions. If issues are not resolved on the first call, the Customer Service Rep will follow up in a timely manner to ensure resolution.

Support will be provided via phone and email. Solutions include, but are not limited to, application access issues, verifying proper software set up, guiding the user through navigational issues and responding to and/or escalating tax compliance inquiries.

We are looking for long-term team players. Pay starts at $20ph (equivalent to $40,000/year) up to $22ph (equivalent to $44,000/year).

REQUIREMENTS
Excellent job stability (employment verification is part of the hiring process).
1+ years experience in Client Service, Customer Service and/or Application Support for internal Accounting, Financial or other internal Business units.
Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem solve.
An exceptional customer service attitude, as well as excellent verbal and written English skills.

BONUS POINTS
Associates or Bachelor's degree. Finance, Accounting or Business major preferred.
Knowledge of Tax Compliance Law a plus.
