I am looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f):Start: 15.08.2016
End: 31.12.2016 (extension might be possible)
Location: Mainly onsite in Basel, working from time to time remotely is an option prior to approval
General information:
Group Function IT is implementing an Operating Model based on and aligned with the existing Pharma Informatics Operating Model. The Project consists of several work streams (that are all in different statuses). For this implementation we are looking for a Project Manager to run the project, aligns and manages the several work streams, collaborates and aligns with OCM Lead and Project Sponsor and ensuring performance in terms of costs quality and deadlines.
Please note that for this project we are not looking for someone technical, but for a Project Manager that has experience within Organizational Change Management.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Project management and create and maintain required documentation (Project Plan, Risk assessment, etc.)
- Leading Project Meetings and follow up and track actions items
- Projects "Compliance review and reporting"
- Create Project Presentations and other communication material (e.g. Google + Posts)
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of project related experience in a project management or PMO role (OCM projects)
- Roche Experience - especially with Roche's Project Management Methodology (PMM) and with the tools involved for maintaining a project (Perform, Clarity, Project Library, etc.)
- Structured approach and task management (ability to handle multiple incoming requests without dropping anything)
- Excellent presentation, meeting facilitation and communications skills
- Flexible and transparent with workload and tasks
- Ability to work autonomously
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Very good grasp of Google suite or being able to adapt quickly (Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, gDrive, gSites, G+ Forums and Google Forms)
Nice to Have:
