OSS/Netact/EMS/Unix/OSS RC/Support/Backup/Alarm analysis/problem solving
My Client is looking for an OSS Support Engineer with an nalytical mind with good problem solving skills and able to work independently and under stress to be able to provide 3rd level Incident Management for OSS EMS Systems.
Configuration of the OSS EMS Systems in Mobile platforms, mainly but not limited to new LTE OSS systems
Collect and assess requirements (from super users, users, business owner of the application) and support RFQ to vendor when applicable;
Establish contact with vendors;
Handle Change Requests (CR) and patch fixes (priority and ordering)
Provide "Expert Operation knowledge";
Provide operational documentation;
Ensuring of system and data availability
Windows, UNIX, Sybase and Oracle database administration
