The role (Responsibilities):
Support a new EMEA Finance Services culture within the team
Collaborate with CoE and Cluster Finance Operations team members
During the FiT extended Scope preparation and implementation facilitate the deployment of the new organization and processes by sharing learnings, doing knowledge transfer and availability to adapt to changes.
Execution of Corporate reporting (Bravo & Lynx) for actual and plan cycles.
Reporting Process
Setting up financial statements for internal reporting, including tie out to GL trial balances
Processing of financial statements reporting to Headquarters and supplemental
Closing Activities of Financial Statements:
Reconciliations of accounts (sub ledger accounts, IC balances, fixed assets, automated accounts, )
Review of automated JE's (reclassifications, revaluation of currency, accrual reversals, recurrent entries, etc.)
Distribution of common expenses (allocations
Ensure assigned processes above described comply with business, accounting and internal controls standards.
Communicate with internal stakeholders with regards to R2R process standards and requirements
Stay up to date with new developments of R2R process requirements and act as SME in assigned areas of expertise.
Analyse R2R process issues and process change requests and make recommendations as part of the regional process governance
Support the organization for further steps as part of ES&P

- Analytical thinking
Desirable:
- Sub Ledger Accounts experience
- Process improvement skills
