Leading Retail Company is recruiting for a Senior Content manager in the Web Trading area to lead their team through the current on-going projects.
Responsibilities:
Proactively managing website content, ensuring Telecoms offers are presented in a clear, compelling, on-brand way
Driving sales of new and upgrading pay monthly customers on the website, and on the client's direct - pay as you go, SIM free, accessories.
Reporting to the Exec at the weekly trade call the sales performance of the channel.
Working with the Commercial teams to get updates and promotions live on the websites in a structured, timely and effective manner.
Monitoring feedback to identify areas of customer experience improvement and then implementing changes into the website, via efficient internal or external teams
Managing the process of delivering content, working with Telecoms, web developers, and the client's own CMS.
Monitoring and responding to internal and external customer feedback to constantly improve the site and keep the content fresh.
Working with the copywriting team to ensure correct tone of voice across the site.
Liaising with the third parties so they are fully briefed and informed on updates impacting the online sites they host.
Essential Skills
Previous experience in an Online trading environment such as E-commerce
Experience briefing creative teams and managing output.
Strong commercial focus, CRO and ROI
Knowledge of SEO best practice
Analysis and reporting of key metrics
Managed a team of web traders
Retail Experience
Desirable:
Experience working on Comparison trading sites.
