Delivery Manager - Scrum Master- Agile Delivery Management
Delivery Manager required to join an Agile development team based in Sheffield. The main focus of the initial 12 month contract will be to facilitate the work of small multi-disciplinary development teams using agile working methodology.
The Delivery Lead will ensure the Agile team is delivering at a good pace and a constant level of quality. The Delivery Manager will work on projects from discovery to end, right though to continuous improvement incorporating user needs into everything they do.
Key Experience / Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the day to day activity of the development team (i.e. removing any blockers, tracking velocity, etc.)
- Ensuring all elements of the digital standard are considered (e.g. user needs, security and the iterative approach)
- Communicating with stakeholders (Product Owners, Service Managers and Project Managers, etc.)
- Ensuring Heads of Profession and Delivery Team Leader are kept up to date
