IT Tools Expert
We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, to join their project in China.
Position Title: IT Tools Expert
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: August 2016
Duration: 12 months initially

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical and professional consultation services related to the platform operating systems, physical hardware platforms and endpoint management systems to all levels.
- Investigate customer existing tools architecture and do the report on results.
- Design the right tools solution for customers as well as the related transformation plans based on the customer pain points and budget.
- Guide the tools delivery team to implement the solution or find the right partner to deliver the solutions.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Over 15 years of ICT experience.
- Min. 10 years of working experience with IT process tools (both solution design and hands-on).
- Familiar with industry IT process tools such as BMC ITSM, HP ITSM and IBM ITSM.
- Familiar with industry Performance management Tools/Application/Infra Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Nagios, TureSight, Tivoli, Zabbix, Nagios, etc.
- Familiar with industry Automation tools deployment and usage (Chef/Puppet, etc).
- Familiar with CMDB configuration and modelling.
- Deep knowledge of ITIL (ITIL expert certificate preferred).
- Fluent in English (written and oral).
- Open for global travelling (70%).
