Position: L2 support Analyst/Consultant
Location: Bucharest, Romania
Duration: 3 to 6 months
Practical hands on experience of Supported Siebel Applications
Good analytical skills
Good communications (written & spoken) skills in English and Romanian.
Able to articulate business requirements into technical solutions
Good product knowledge of the Supported CRM Applications like Siebel and oracle database.
3 to 5 years experience with core technologies of Applications
Maintains and acquires knowledge through training and study
Acquires knowledge of customer's business and industry
Should work in 8 hour shift on rotation basis.
