The Position: Senior Software Engineering - MS.NET
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Length: 9 months+
Rate: € per day
The Company:

The Role:

Development of applications: analysis, design, development, implementation, test, maintenance, training and support of applications.

Development of information systems (mainly web based) using Microsoft's .NET framework and SQL Server or Oracle as RDBMS.

MS SharePoint, MS Project Server and MS BizTalk tools can be integrated in the developments. The migration of existing proprietary and/or Client Server systems and the development and implementation of Office Automation solutions will also have to be considered
Tasks:

• Development of complex information systems using.NET Framework (v2.0 or higher)
• Functional analysis of business & user requirements
• Technical analysis and specification of business processes, user requirements and specification of applications
• Architecture of applications
• Design and development of applications, user interfaces
• Design and development of Middleware components and relational databases
• Implementation and customisation of applications, databases and security defined for applications
• Definition of test strategies, design and test of applications
• Maintenance (corrective, adaptive and perfective) of applications
• Technical assessment of technologies and/or related products
• Functional and technical documentation and training
• Support of applications (2nd/3rd tier)
• Incident and Problem Management
• Reporting

Mandatory Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer

Programming Languages

• ASP.NET (v2.0 or later)
• C# or VB .NET (v2.0 or later)
• SQL or PL/SQL
