We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, to join their project in China.
Position Title: Senior IP Service Solution Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: August 2016
Duration: 6 or 12 months initially

Responsibilities:

Considering customer-oriented business objectives, provide BP (Business Plan) of ALL-IP network consulting and planning services (including architecture and capacity planning, network evolution strategy).

Utilize whole network resources to enhance network optimization, including flow distribution models, traffic forecasts and traffic migration.

Develop and maintain high level customer relationships with strategic customers.

Analyze and identify potential strategic customers' requirements which can effectively drive service solution development.

Responsible for service solution architecture.

Provide deep analytics of market characteristics and produce regional service solution sales strategy.

Participate in creating medium or long term business plan and annual business plan.

Track and study industrial development trends and initiate innovative service solution development.

Provide high-level communication and presentation support on major service bidding projects.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
-
Bachelor or above degree in communications science or related field.

Deep knowledge of service methodologies and architecture. Having ITIL or eTOM certificate is highly preferred.

Familiar with IP technologies including IGP/BGP/MPLS/HA/QOS/Traffic Engineering.

Having CCIE or JNCIE certificate is preferred.

Over 10 years of working experience in telecom industry, with world class operators or incumbent vendors or well-known service providers.

Well versed and experienced with IP, Ethernet, optical transport, fibre access networks, Data Centre and cloud infrastructure, as well as software defined network technologies.

Has at least 1 recent references from leading operators in the area of network planning; capacity simulation work experience.

Led and delivered a number of large scale, complex technical/consultancy projects.

Director level (or higher) customer interfacing experience is preferred.

Worked or currently working for related telecom standard organizations.

Flexible with global travelling.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
