Skills and experience:
- Service Management and Enterprise Architecture of Service Management
- Expert Service Manager & Architecture Service Management MVP certified Microsoft
- Good experience in administration of System Center Service Manager
- Experience in development of Experience SCSM/CMDB and in tools of asset management
- Control of the implementation of System Center Service Manager and third products within the or in an equivalent company
- Knowledge of ITIL process
- Experience in project management
- Expertise in Configuration Management
Description of work:
- Implement and improve new functionalities
- Migrate and improve existing Microsoft System Centre Service Manager (SCSM) : design, follow-up of the implementation, direct contact with the Microsoft development teams as MVP
- Ensure follow-up of products and share expertise and knowledge with the team (formation on the ground)
- Define and document configuration standards, usage and implementation of the tool and ensure the update of the documentation
- Implement and/or improve Service Request via SCSM
- Implement and/or improve Incident, Change, Release, Problem modules and potentially all the other options of SCSM product
- Improve reporting and statistics of the tool
- Implementation of App-V via SCCM
- Implementation of staging VDI and staging server via SCCM
- Improve the reliability of application roll-out and Workstation installations
- Improve update of the operating System, reporting and statistics
- Alignment and the standardisation of the IT environment
