Fixed Network Service/2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer - Optical WDM - Mobile Telecoms -
FLUENT IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH
Responsibilities include but, not limited to:
- Deployment, integration and commissioning.(include night operation)
- Engineering design documentation to support the activities above.
- On-site technical assistance and Provide training for customers or subcontractors.
- Technical problem management and 2nd/3rd line support.
Qualifications:
- Engineer or University degree in Optic, Electricity or Telecommunication (ESO, ESE, ENST, DEA or DESS Opto-électronic, etc.)
- Solid working experience within Optical WDM Networks.Huawei,ALU,CIENA,ADVA.
- Fluent French and English speaking
- Proactive, flexible and open-minded approach.
- Good experience in technical troubleshooting
Technical Skills:
Good knowledge of Optical transmission: Optical WDM Networks, covering hardware, software and network knowledge.
Good knowledge of WDM, SDH, OTN technology.
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux, UNIX, NT/2000) and major databases (Oracle, Informix, Sybase, SQL Server)
Basic knowledge of CCS7 protocols, TCP/IP Router and transfer product.
Good knowledge of maintenance level 2/3
